We have a time share in Playa Del Carmen Mexico. It is week 19 which is May 14 through May 21. It is a 2 bedroom villa that will accommodate 6 people. Playa Del Carmen is about 20 miles north of Puerto Aventuras. This is prime sail fish season in the Cozumel Pass. They have lines in 5 minutes from the marina. Due to too many family functions and a trip to Alaska, we will not be going. If anyone is interested we are renting it for the annual maintenance fee of $934.00. If you divide that between 6 guys its about $156.00 each. The place is also great for family vacation. This is a 5 star resort. 20 minute ferry ride to Cozumel with incredible scuba diving.
