By the looks of how many quills on that poor dogs face I'd have to say the dog won! There couldn't be any quills left on the Porcupine So that Porcupine must have been bald!!!!

If in fact that pic is real, and I get the impression it is, it should tell you something about the heart of a PitBull. You see, for the un-initiated the Breed is really a mystery. The media has turned them into an evil beast incapable of living in a human world. The fact is that they are the most capable dog on the planet! They are capable of doing ANYTHING. That is because of thier tremendous heart...........called Gameness in dog circles. A Pitbull will finish any job or task it is asked to do and starts...........yes even killing a porcupine! There is no doubt in my mind that the porcupine was destroyed by that dog, for if it was not, there would only be a couple of barbs on that dog. Notice the barbs in other places...the legs etc. Other breeds, even those considered Brave and devastating, would have given up in short order. PitBulls however, will withstand amazing punishment and still finish a task. That is partly why they have gotten into hot water, morons make them start and finish the wrong tasks......guarding drug stashes and hurting people.............and yes killing porcupines it seems

The dog in that pic is not stupid, nor nuts, it is a dedicated multipurpose dog that was likely carrying out a rediculous task.

I own one now and had another one for 10 years, the best breed on the planet, I will never own another breed. They are the most dedicated, clownish and useful dog anywhere, and contrary to popular opinion they are extremely people friendly .

When I first saw this I laughed then I became more and more sympathetic for the dog, I couldnt imagine that happening to my black lab.

WHEN I WAS 12 I HAD A NEWSPAPER ROUTE....I WOULD GO TWICE MONTHLY TO THE DOOR OF SAID RESIDENCE AND COLLECT THE PAPER DUES...

YOU KNOW THOSE OLDER LADIES WITH THE PURPLE HAIR-DO......YEAH YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.....WELL SHE HAD ONE OF THOSE TYPICAL MEAN LITTLE BARKING MUTTS YTHAT WEIGHS EXACTLY ELEVEN OUNCES ....YEAH THATS RIGHT THE KIND THE LITTLE OLD LADIES CLUTCH IN THEIR ARMS 24/7...

WELL AS SHE PAID ME MY $1.60 FOR TWO WEEKS OF NEWSPAPERS, THAT LITTLE MUTT GROWLED VICIOUSLY AT ME......AND I SNAPPED MY HAND BACK.............SHE SAID " OH HE WON'T BITE YOU, YOU CAN PET HIM....... "PET HIM?"........SO STUPIDLY I REACHED OUT..........

I have one and he's the friendliest dog in the world...He's never snapped at anyone, ever...The kids around the neighborhood love him...

Maybe dogs don't like your stink, Marty...hehe
