    Picture scanning

I don't have a picture scanner, but I have a bag full of pics that I want to put on my PC. Is there anyone that I can send the pics too that has a scanner. I'll pay for their time if they want.

I thought that was only from the roll you develop, not an already printed pic. I could be wrong as well.

Scanning pictures is really easy. Just find your nearest Wal Mart or Kinkos, and they should have a photo department. In there you should find a machine that looks a bit like a tv on top of a photo copier. Bring in your pics and one by one you place them on the glass and it will scan them in. You can save them to cd, print them out, whatever you want. It's easy as pie.

Went to Wally World and got some of my old pics from when I ran a charter boat on Kauai scanned. They came out ok. I have more, but after reading the IGFA approved thread, I might get shot.

When you were there did you know the guy that ran Hawaiian style charters? I think his name is Terry. He put in right next to Pono Kai resort.
