Hey Franky- since the thread is hijacked --I wanted to thank you for your advice and reccomendations with that 34'Proline that was in Deltaville Va. I didn't bid on it for a couple reasons. Time was too short and I was busy too. It sold for 56K and if you add 30-40K for new motors, it wasn't worth all the work to do the rest of the repairs to the interior of the boat, let alone a new generator too.

Heat- no problem. Sometimes I talk myself out of survey work by explaining to a buyer why he should not go after a boat, but I can always go to sleep with a clear conscience.
