Phone Card Help

I need to get a phone card and service for my laptop. Is Verizon as good as any? I travel throughout the U.S.

WE use Sprint cards here @ work on our laptop and they seem to work pretty good.But it seems like every six months they come out with a better one,the one I'm using now is the best one we've used,speed is quit amazing for wireless.Don't know squat about Verizon.

I have a Sprint card and it works great. Unlimited useage and nationwide coverage.

Thanks guys, Seems both Sprint and Verizon are good. No decent Sprint coverage in Hatteras whereas Verison is the only game ion town for coverage, so I'll go with them.
BTW, finally picked up a new laptop yesterday, and man am I modulating now

hmmmmm - i need one also. Dove hunt told me that the treo can act as a modem with bluetooth. So all you have to do is place it next to your laptop and walla'. I think he said it was the treo. I know I cannot do it with my blackberry cause verizon blocks it.

Got the latest and greatest Treo. It works as a modem but since I got it, I leave the laptop home. Putting a repeater on the Bite Me next month so I'll be good to go.

Glenn I just installed a Sprint card (broadband/phone) in my computer about 10 minutes ago, I got it for my wife for her realty business. She travels all over Eastern NC and Florida. The broadband internet is almost as fast as our home service, and the service plan is not too bad around $60 unlimited service per month. The coverage area for Sprint is pretty good too.

Something tells me that there is going to be another meaning to "real time" on SFC! I can see it now...web cams on the riggers, in the cockpit, and knowing Box and Lou they figgure a way to put them out with the teasers.
Want to fish on the Bite Me but got to work...stay tuned.
