    The perfect cooler/fish box

First post guys, Ya'll seem like a good bunch of sportsman.

If you were going to custom make a fish box/cooler what would you make?
200qt,300 qt,400qt,full length piano hinge, rope handles or solid swing down handles or no handles, split lid, feet so that you can wash under it,gasketed,
Heavy insulation. What would make the perfect box?
I have a mold shop and could make a good Quality box if there is any interest.
We are normaly slow this time of year and I need a project. If I have enough interest I will make enough boxes for SFC members at cost + shipping.
Because of the cost to make the mold I would only be talking about 1 or 2 sizes and the more we make the less the cost.
Any other machine shop, fab shop projects just let me know.

Welcome to SFC. I'm sure that you will get some good input on this. Let me think about what cooler I would want. I'll get back to this.

when you start looking for foam insulation, check out this site for their products, they have been the cheapest i have found for two part set-up.

let me know how it turns out, i would like a 300 quart or a 270 qt for the back of the Carolina Classic.

Welcome aboard and one helluva first post there. Thanks for the generous offer. If I were going to make a GREAT fish box, I take a couple clues from these guys....IMHO they make some of the best........

    I second hrdcr

I could use a good size portable fish box as well. I have already got my box for under the leaning post but could use one to transport fish in the back of the truck so not too huge. Let us know what you come up with.
