PELICAN POOP

I finally got settled in here in Morehead City after getting the gallery in order(still lots to do). I was going to start a new Marlin painting (I got inspired after seeing that haus they yanked in up in O.C.). Anyway, instead I have this older couple come in an ask me to paint a pelican with the N.C. flag in the background for them which I was happy to do. A pelican of all things! I never have painted one although I have thought about doing a painting where a big Great White is feeding on one.
Anyway, here's the first painting to come out of my studio here in Morehead.....a pelican. Now on to BIGGER and better subject matter.

Yep, thought you had left a canvas outside and a PELICAN had pooped on it and you had hung it in your studio as modern nature art...
