Are you guys seriously arguing about which 'ball' any man should have attended? IMO, any man who judges any other man by which f&*%ing dance party he attends is seriously in question. Carry on arguing over whose soriority is the coolest.....
The various functions a president attends at an inaug are very important barometers of what his charachter is... I bit my tongue through the campaigns and even after the election. We have him for the next four so I was hoping to see good things from him. I wasn't judgemental before but so far in his short tenure his actions have been disrespectful to America as a whole. His decisions from cabinet choices through closing gitmo to paying the tab for foreign abortions to sucking up on al jazeera have shown very poor judgement... No I'm not lopsided, rather very fair... I'm friends with the Bush family and will look you in the eye and say W was a dolt... the same way as I will look you in the eye and say this goof is already a major disappointment .
The measure of a commander in chief is quite simply how well the security of our nation is traded off against the lives of our troops.
The measure of a real man should be how many black tie functions he manages to skip in his life. The more he skips, the better.
On your gripes w/ Obama, it kind of looks like nitpicking at the moment given the circumstances. This whole damn country needs to raise the level of the discussion quite a bit or we are really, really screwed. Has anyone noticed the economy has entered free-fall since New Years?

Our new President was in meeting all damn day long ..(without a suit and jacket on).. trashing out the banks and working to get this country and it's finacial side fixed...!!! so think about what he did instead of about what 'you' think he should do...! I seen him yesterday on the BBC news <~~ a hell of alot more honest than our news .. scolding, fixing, and finding out what these banks are doing with our/your money.. and before Esinehour did the present president get trashed because he did not have a ball? Grow the Hell up guys!! act like men instead of sissy little school girls that spread bs around the school yard.. (spell check was not used)
Iguana/ Quest... In this present time I don't think there should have been a party thrown like they did five time bigger and more expensive than any other in history for the people... There are going to be balls though ... Functions thrown by supporters and the electee chooses which to attend after full briefing on why they should or should not.
He's adding troops to the party over there not with drawing... BBC is a step short of full on communist and just because they talk with a british acent doesn't make them "honest"or "Proper". They are slanted the same as any press... But yes the banks should be scolded... Fixing? Not yet..

Don't you know that's a liberal's way of saying he can't win an argument with facts? Free speech only as long as you agree with them.
Willing to give Obama the benefit, but he is seriously off on the wrong foot already on a lot of issues. With Pelosei and Reid running congress, its gonna be a long four years. Heard today they aren't bi-partisan (only as long as you agree with them) What a joke. And they say that with a straight face.
