Hey Gang, I'm Tim Hand. I own Capt Tates in Dennisville Cape May county NJ. I've been some what involved in your awesome community, mostly audio reports lately. Alot has been going on over the last year at Capt Tates, most notably we've added a kitchen for take out. We serve B-fast sands, box lunches and full service lunch and dinner menu.
Also added is an in house smoke house, we do ribs chickens and pulled pork for our menu. I now want offer to the fishing community an option other than freezing or giving away and definetly a better choice than wasting your catch. We will be available to smoke your catch.
Smoking your catch extends the shelf life and along with freezing and or vacumn packing will last for a very long time and give you one more option for a tasty treat.
Tuna, wahoo, mahi, sword and marlin(don't waste a tourny caught fish or one that came up dead, they are excellent smoked),sharks, striped bass, and drum all make awesome smoked fish.
If interested give us a call at 609 861-4001, theres a 10lb minimun and the fish must be loined, we will steak for consistancy, you can leave the skin on. Thank You for your time Tim Hand

No problem Jer, soon I hope to be even more involved. Double D I'm at mile marker 17 it takes about an hour see if you can team up with some of your dock mates and split fuel cost, its well worth the trip, just think watchin the playoffs with a big chunk of smoked tuna. mmmm good. gale winds see ya soon.
