Old Scam Making the Rounds???

This is exactly why we don't take credit cards anymore...we've even had fuqers pay with stolen credit cards, cancel payments after the trip, etc...you name it...

Unfortunatley our policy now is you pay in full via wire transfer directly to our bank 30 days before your charter or you don't fish...PERIOD...

Some people ***** and whine about those terms and i can't blame them...but that's the way it's got to be now...

God why do the assholes always end up changing the world????

Why not just follow through with it? There is no mention of getting an overpayment then a refund? Try to get his payment and if it goes through then great if he starts asking for refunds and such bag it. Do what I do , give a really big estimate for cost for those days and if it winds up being legit your in.

Because as a retailer your credit transaction history is monitored as closely as a customer's...and if you start banging through stolen cc#'s people are going to start raising their eyebrows...and that last thing you want...particularly in this business...is the IRS or worse to come knocking at your door...

I guess you didn't see the links... or get the part that this one has come full circle after a few years... It is a scam. He wants the same dates from people all over the place. Some hunting some fishing... I have had a go around with this clown before... I screwed him right back... Thinking of a way to dig deeper this time and make it really hurt...

The FBI told me they operate out of England,Canada and Africa most of the letters I have received are written with poor gramar,as if English was not their first language.One Variation I have seen is that they want you to book them in a nice hotel with the rest of the money then they get the money (Room) cancled and have the funds put back on their own card. If it sounds too good to be true it is.If you get a bad vibe listen to it.Get the money in your hand first,then provide the charter.

Deep - They have been working pretty hard at it. I got this email almost a month ago. When I responded as you see below they were no longer interested.

Don - thanks for inquiring about my products. I can ship overseas no problem. You would have to let me know what you are interested in and I can get you a quote on shipping. Most of the products are already discounted on the site. I cannot guaruntee transet time frames. I accept visa and master card and all payments would have to clear to my bank before I would release the package. What country would I be shipping too.

product to overseas location and ship its through FedEx, UPS or DHL with
a 3-4 days transit time. For payment, I would pay the transaction by

This is the same scam & person that tryed with me a year ago I turn it over
to the FBI and was under investagation tryed to follow up on the claim but
they said there still looking into it IP adresses were coming from Africa & England local police dont handle this type of problem
