Okay Guys and Gals I have a very Important Question

My friend and her husband were having a heated debate about proper toilet seat etiquette, He says a man should NOT have to put the seat back down after he uses it he says after all it is HIS house too .... She says it is proper etiquette for the man to put the seat down after he uses the potty because she doesnt want to fall in the toilet in the middle of the night.

I want to get all of you to give me your feelings on this.... I will be giving the results to my friend so they can settle this dispute once and for all

i live by myself-i don't have that problem....
but....looooong time agooooo when i lived with someone{woman from hell} i would allways leave it up....what's the big deal??

Well, I am the only girlie in my house... there are 3 boys and when they leave the seat up I ALWAYS FALL IN... and that is a hard way to wake up in the middle of the night.

It's all about responsibility. The blame game part 2. Why is it that a woman who doesn't look before she sits blames someone else. I haven't heard of too many men falling in, you know we have to sit half the time as well.Maybe thats because we're smart enough to look before we sit. The way I see it if you don't look it's your ASS. Now I must say I do have a problem with men or boys who don't lift the seat while pissing,as I said we sit half the time as well. We're trying to correct this with our 9 year old son as I speak.
