OK, my turn. Vinnie, first I want you to know that Admin invited Capt Fred here and as long as he put up informative posts, he could do what he liked. Admin John, please correct me if I'm wrong but that is the way I remember it. Vinnie, in my opinion, you were wrong to jump him for what ever reason and I for one did not like it, just like I did not like seeing this thread or the other that was closed. It is crap like this that takes up John and Jer's time from doing what they should be doing to run this site and bring people in to advertise, not spending their time baby sitting us.

Vinnie, you first disappointed me when you jumped on one of my threads where I was trying to show something neat the was sent to me to try (not asked by me) and you said some crap about how you could sell a bunch up where you lived and that he should send you a bunch of them. As far as I know, he has not been back on the board nor have I heard from him again...kinda took the wind out of my post when you did that.

Now as to the raging question...should you be banned. Hubris and I got into it a while back and after a talk on the phone we got things worked out. I learned a lot about people that night and keyboards are not the best form of commutation. I remember when there were less that 5,000 people on here, it was wonderful when it was a very small bunch of us posting and a lot more tips were given out than today. When we get over 30,000 people on here there are going to be personality conflicts like the one we have here. My answer it the raging question is no but you do need to tone things down a bit.

Mike, I under stand where you are coming from but all of you need to remember this! Once you type anything on this board, it is there for the life of this site for the world to read. Future employers, lawyers, police as well as potential clients that may look to use your services sometime. This is not a place to be a fool or make a fool out of your selves.
