Anytime you take one natural resource to make another, then you're defeating the purpose. I'm in the energy generation business...specifically electricity....look at what happened to the price of natural gas a few years ago when we started making electricity from what was then the cheapest form of energy...natural gas prices increased 10-fold.....

Here in CT, we're already being told (local news) that expect milk prices to be $5 a gallon in 1-2 years when ethanol goes into full production... WHY????....because evidently dairy cows eat a LOT of corn and if the supply of corn goes down...then the price goes up and voila....the price of milk and anything else that uses corn based products (which there's a TON of) will sky rocket....

Not to mention that transporting that stuff over the road is a national disaster waiting to happen. Ever see how thin the walls of those transport tanks are? We had a truck in downtown Baltimore have a little accident one morning. They had to use dental records to identify the driver.
