Myself and a couple of friends go to Montauk every May to go fluke fishing. We usually go the second weekend in May as that is the time of year that the squid usually come in with the doormats following close behind.

I looked at the regulations for the Summer Flounder for NY and they are listing that as "No Posession"

Are they still waiting for a decision to be made? Or is that it? If so when do they think that there will be a decision made?

Any info would be a big help as myself and my crew have already scheduled time off from work for this trip and we will need to come up with plan B.

I guess we could just stay in the Raritan and go bass fishing. (and save a ton of $$$$$ on fuel) but it's still not the same as getting away.
