The funyy thing is this wasn't behind closed doors or with friends this was in South carolina at a university he never attended where he was supposed to be visiting a girl he was seeing. He just showed up at some house party slammed a bunch of beers and then some one offered him the weed and he accepted. He is a MORON for doing it yes but also for doing it infront of people he had never met before.
He has no excuse for this behavior don't care how dedicated he is during the season or what not. He is the world's #1 swimmer and should know by now that he is under the microscope at all time.

Needing to "let your hair down is no excuse... this was dumbassery to the highest degree, more so than the other 20 something athlete who shoots himself with his own pistol. WHY? Because there are alot of dumbass, over-paid folks who can catch a ball. There is only ONE person who has ever dominated a sport like this cat...

What if... what if... there are some "performance enhancement" products found on/in this cat??? Seems he is not afraid to have illegal drugs in his system. Seems like he isn't afraid to be around illegal substances...and come in contact with those who distribute...
