A high speed metal cutting wheel and a torch should do the trick. Had to do that last month. Everything was rusted together from the lugnuts to spring bolts. Had to cut everything off and replace with new.

Bigfish! That's who. MAPP gas worked great! Got her nice and hot so that she was spitting out grease. Fisrt whack....out she flew!

Yeah, it would be more fun but it would be pretty detrimental to my boat.
Plus, I don't think my insurance covers owner-applied explosive damage.
If I didn't have a huge to do list for the wife and lived closer, I'd come help you out. I am pretty much off this week as we're between classes.
