Friday No. 25th 6AM: Went to the boat to fuel her up with the anticipation of fishing today. Temp. was 20F with a west wind aprox. 20-25 knots, seas kicking 2/4ft. Fueled her up with cold hands and said NO FFFFING WAY and headed back home to ***** on line. Will give it a try Sat. with Mako-Wish hoping the weather will lay down. The window is soon closing in the area and will be jealous of everyone in the warmer waters still catching. May need to take a tip down south to get my fix.
Was not much warmer today....... Spent some time workin on the boat ...found about 30 yds of 100lb. Mono in the port wheel all and all the 28 carolina did not fair to bad for her first season offshore except for a few transom gaff marks.. Todd its gonna warm up during the week!!!
