Was at the Caps game on saturday and it was a great first 40 min. The Caps need to work on holding their 3rd period leads. They did the same thing against the rangers in preseason and almost blew a 4 goal lead.
Other than that, as long as Bruce keeps the Semin, Backstrom, Ovie line together, they will BY FAR be the BEST line in hockey this year. Look for those 3 to put up HUGE numbers. |

Yea, we were pretty close to getting Pronger.. He is a beast..
We did not get him cause they wanted Varley for him... I think that was the right call cause Varley is a beast too.. But we do need one more Big D man to get us over the top... But OV is no small dude.. Didnt he lead the NHL in hits last year? He will roll over just about anyone..... |

Not only is Ovie big, he put on about 12-15lbs over the off season and is an absolute beast now at 6-2 233lbs
