Oh, and by the way, I had the insurance with Cingular(SunCom) and dropped my phone in the water. They said it would be a $60 charge and I could select from these phones. Well, those phones weren't worth 60 bucks and I was paying 5.50 per month for coverage. I asked the sales lady why the hell would I have insurance if I had to pay more for a phone than what it was actually worth and what the hell was insurance for. She gave me a line of crap. I said just admit I got suckered and I will leave. She shook her head yes. I shook my head no, cancelled and left for the Verizon store.
