Blame the limits of your success on the underclass when the real problem is highly organized, long-standing, made-legal corruption of the elites sucking the very air from the lungs of the middle class. Once again, I have to say that the underclasses, the lazy, the minorities did not:

1) invent sub-prime mortgages
2) create collateralized debt securities
3) create toxic assets and sell that crap as if it were gold around the globe
4) engage in systemic mortgage fraud
5) create credit default swaps
6) successfully chip away at all meaningful regulations to prevent financial calamity from greed and avarice
7) corrupt Congress and the legal system to the point that not a single one of the elites have been meaningfully prosecuted and now have the corporations
8) hold the entire country's financial system hostage so as to prevent their prosecutions
9) deliberately consign themselves and a full half of American citizens to poverty.
