    New to site

    Hi all,
My brother introduced me to this site and have found it to be a great resource...not to mention the wealth of knowledge by all. Stevo75 is my brother and our maiden voyage is on the 26th of this month so we are working to get the boat ready for buzzards bay on our 93 trophy 2302 walkaround. We plan to use the launch at taylor point marina. I'm still waiting from the town of bourne to respond to my email regarding if this is a public ramp and if so what fees and amenities do they have. Anyone that may have information regarding this marina would be helpful so please chime in. Hope everyone has a great season.
    Thanks
    dave

    Dave,
Welcome to SFC! While I don't know what the rules are for Taylor's Point, site member Seaker would. If he doesn't see this thread, hit him up with a PM and he'll give you the scoop. Again, welcome, and be sure to check out the New England forum for local happenings.

Response from the town of Bourne...thanks all for responding

We have a daily launching fee which includes parking for tow vehicle and trailer at $10.00 per day. You can also get a season pass for $200.00. We have 147 slips in the marina with some vacancies for boats up to 23 feet. The cost of a slip is $105.00 per foot (20" minimum) and $150.00 for the Town of Bourne Marina Fee. If you have any interest in a slip please contact me for it is on a first come basis. The marina has a fuel dock, rest rooms, and is a family atmosphere for boating enjoyment. There is a yacht club at the marina, (no buildings) for social functions and supports political action for boating bills that come before congress.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me

    Sounds like its a go
    Thanks all
    Dave
