A guy that i worked with in new orleans called last night and he was telling me how nothing has really changed. A few homes have been demo'ed but not many still a very slow pace.


He has sent me a few pics from some recent events.

An aquantance of mine has had is gear down there from the beginning. Told me last week he still hasn't seen crap going on. He had a Caterpillar stolen last week and is packing the rest of his stuff and heading back to Texas.
He told me that when their Mayor tried to give a public speech last week he was booed from his soap box and ushered away by security.

Sad, just plain old sad.
