I don't know if you know or not but there is a new sporty marina in the harbor now called Broad Creek Fishing Center. I use to fish out of O.I. fishing center. Any how if you guys are in town make sure to look me up.

Just found this site. WOW What a great site. Just to introduce myself ,heres a little about ME. After Fishing most of my life, I thought I would make some real money and build houses. Ha So for three years of my life I didn't fish. Woah what a stressful job. What was I thinking. Now thats out of my system, I'm back in the charter business and starving again. But you know, I'm happy once again. And the only stress I have is keeping the boat running. Now that I've found this site I will be posting some fishing reports for my area from time to time. By the way its great fishing right now on the Outer banks. With a mixed bag of tunas, mahi mahi,wahoo and billfish offshore and blues, spanish alberts, King mackerel and even some cobia. I can't imagine the building aspect of it, I'm a Drywall contactor and that's bad enough sometimes. That's why I got into the charter business.

This site surely must have more charter captains and crew on it than any other. And lots of talented privateers, too.

Oregon Inlet...Gulp! Had some incredibly scarey rides thru that inlet in the old days running a 25' Hydra Sports. That is where I marveled at captains running those beautiful big single screw Carolina boats thru that caldron like they were pushing a baby carriage thru the park. I sure hope they finally figured out a way to keep a channel clear there. Even the way those guys parked those big babies between the pilings in the screaming tide at the Center docks was a head shaker for me. Fished a lot with Sam Stokes on Fightin' Lady back in the day.
