However, with the state the NMFS say's flounder is in this is a pure crock of shit. I don't agree with one bit of the policy. The amount of comm dragging quota that gets swept under the mat is sickening. There's so many backroom dealings. When it comes new a natural resource then yes, I do believe interstate trade should be heavily restricted. Do you think it would be fair to take all the trees from the Washington State? Or fish out all the Trout in Montana? No i don't believe so.

Ditto Dat....but landing is one thing, no one can stop the boat from coming into port to safe harbor on anchor, and then going back out after to what ever port they want...without a tie up to a dock......
