    New to forum, hello all

Hello everybody. I live and fish in Hawaii. Been trolling off and on about 15 years, not so much in the past 10. Have a 18 foot boat with twin outboards. Just a little background info, but the reason I joined is to be able to get educated answers from other fishermen. One in particular is how much do you think this fish weighs? I am 5 ft. 6 in. Sorry I didn't take any measurements.

Yes, we caught it. My friend, about 140# soaking wet, my wife the rookie fisherwoman, and me. You may want to call me a liar from what I say next, but I swear it is the truth. We caught it on a penn reel with 130# main and 300# leader. I pulled it in by handlining and it took about 45 minutes. We had to tie it to the side of the boat and crawl our way back to the harbor.
