New CNY fisherman

Hi all, I am new to site. Hoping this site will have some local info this summer. Weather is warming, making me seach for a good site to replace Ice shanty.com, my winter fishing site. Hope there are other CNY fishermen on this site. I fish west to Cayuga lake , east to Oneida / north to Mexico bay and south skaneateles lake and rivers in between. Looking for people who fish these waters for perch and trout. I have a freezer full of hard water perch. Currently fishing the river locks for spring perch (slow). Thinking of pulling out boat and getting it ready for spring browns in Mexico bay.

I am excited about joining but have not found much information on fishing action in the northeast (Long Island Sound) or Montauk.

I like trolling for Stripers, Blues, or throwing lines to Mahi Mahi. Is there anyone out there working similar waters?

I am also looking for gear: Danforth Type Anchor for 40' boat, ground tackel. fenders and other gear. SH
