Need some serious Chesapeake Bay Help

I just received a call from Capt Marston Jones of the Sea Wolf. A good friend of the his jumped off the Chesepeake Bay Bridge on Saturday night. This has been confirmed by Bay Bridge Authorities according to Marston. It seems that the proper authorities have suspended the search for the body. He has requested if anyone on the Bay may have a vessel with side scan sonar that would be willing to help search for the body please contact Capt Jones. 410-490-5134 is his cell number. The family is looking for closure on this tragedy and would like to continue the search for the body. This is all the information that I have.

    Thanks
    Bill

KeyLime posted on 1/13 that he's captain of this new rig and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge is his territory. Here's the thread and it's in regards to another "jumper" After 10 years...I got a new ride!

Squid, I saw a DNR boat out there yesterday. There are boats oystering and safety boats out there also. Normally the bodies don't resurface until the water warms in the spring. I am sorry for your friends loss.

Capt Tim is down there right now & will be out this afternoon & tomorrow. I let him know of the situation, he said he'll keep an eye out also! We're really sorry to hear of this. We both were down there till Sun. & Sat night the wind was howling with temps below freezing.
