Need a Seafood Cook?
Just found this site and wanted to sey "hey." Been a fisherman forever and have recently moved to the Pacific side of the water after a lifetime spent chasing Atlantic critters, so I am looking for NorCal info when I can find it. I am also a former professional cook who runs the About.com Fish & Seafood Cooking website. I am always looking to help my fellow anglers get the most out of their catch, so let me know how I can help -- I do take requests! Lemme start with a question for y'all: Other than use them as bait, what do you do with jacksmelt? Caught a few off the pier in Bodega the other day... |
