Need to locate a somebody

There must be a way to locate somebody on line... Tried the county tax records, and even one of those pay sites (garbage).

What have you used successfully in the past? I know this guy is local because I see him driving around

Not sure how you see someone driving around online, but, collection agencies can run a skip trace on just about anybody. I don't know what the laws are in NJ, but here it's a little on the shady side.

Still, if you know someone in a collection agency he might be able to help.
