Cant help you with a local guy.....Good luck there are many of us that have been in your shoes and the laws vary state to state.....Pa makes it incredibly tough to prove a mother unfit.....there is nothing that can suck the soul of a man down to nothing faster than seeing his children suffer knowing they are better off with him.......good luck and I am pulling for you!

Thanks to the incredibaly generous owner of the company I work for I had Mark Momjian as my attorney,....google his name I dont know what Md's laws are like, but he flat out told me to save my money untill she really screwed up big.....I am in free spool right now.....but there is a fish in the spread....if you are going to do it, I will give you the same advice he gave me......go with the absolute best representation you can have.....it comes at a premium but we all know that the well being of our children is priceless.....if you would like me to cantact Mark and see if he has a recommedation for your area PM me and I would be happy to put out a feeler for you.

Be careful what you wish for. Considering, Im no lawyer.......I could write a book on divorce and custody. I spent over 14 years in court with a woman I was married to for 3 years. She wouldnt let me see the kids...........I said, OK.....and I went fishing.
First of all, its never about the kids. Its about MONEY, and Control. The kids are the pawns with no value to acquire both. Secondly, dont fall for the oldest trap every judge uses. He will ask you, If you could choose today......are your kids better off with her, or you? Next, would they be better off with her or protective custody? Dont say protective custody thinking hes on your side. He will place them there in his next breath. I have seen it happen every time in court.
You want to see real crying????? You should see the court room then. Why lawyers never warn their client about this trap is beyond me.
Hey, once you loved her, perhaps she is crazy, so what......the court doesnt really care. The world is full of crazy people. Shes your problem, not the courts.
I know you wont listen to me but, I know.........Been there, I speak the truth.
Save your money, Go fishing.....she will beg you to pick up the kids........You'll see.

Are you trying to get tough with her to show her who is boss? You cant beat stupidity no matter how much money you throw at it. Let her choose her own destiny, She will come around or better yet the children will see who she really is and want to be with you more. I agree with Hubris, Go fishing.
