NEED HELP IN DELAWARE

HELLO I RECENTLY GOT A PLACE IN DELAWARE TO TAKE MY FAMILY EVERY WEEKEND TO FISH CRAB AND CLAM.I' IN SHAWNS HIDEAWAY.I HAVE A SMALL 15' BOAT THAT I DONT TRUST OUT IN THE OCEAN .I'M WONDERING IF SOMEONE COULD TAKE ME OUT IN THE OCEAN AND SHOW ME SOME TIPS,AND IF IT IS MY CUP OF TEA BEFORE I GO OUT AND SPEND ALOT OF $ ON A BIG BOAT
