Need dockspace in Tampa....
I am moving to Tampa and is currectly looking for a place to dock my boat. I have an offer in for $350,- right outside the door, anybody know about anything better? What about a place to park my boat trailer? Also looking to rent a garage where I can work on my boat and my car from time to time. All help is highly appreciated.

Sit down Shut up And fish
Why not just keep the boat on its trailer in a storage lot? Way cheaper than in water storage and it allows you to choose what inlet to fish from. We have so many public boat ramps around here finding parking is rarely trouble. Also if you are actually keeping your boat on the Tampa side it is a 15+ mile run by water to the gulf. At todays fuel prices that will add up over time. Also the benefit of fueling up at a gas station on land will save you some $$$.

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
What he said! Keep it on the trailer and launch on the Gulf. It's a long haul from Tampa Bay.

Sounds good and is what I'm doing now. However, where do I find a place to store it on the trailer? The boat on the trailer requires 42' at minimum. If I could get some guidance to find a place where I could store it indoors and the place is big enough to take out my toolbox and wrench a little bit it would be awesome. I am moving in from the west coast and will occupy an apartment for a while to get settled and find my "home", hence the need for a pre arranged parking as it is too big to haul into the apartment parking lot. Again, help is highly appreciated.
