Damn, You really don't think that you have to drive that far just to spend big bucks on gear do ya?
Trust me, you can get it done within a WWWTFB from home.

Haven't heard anything about this show probably cause I only go from home to boat to tackle shop to home to boat to tackle shop.........

BM where are you docked in Wilmington? I'm heading down there tomorrow to check out some areas, the Chief of Staff wants to move down there so we're going to go look at some houses. I'm pushing for MHC but I'll humor her and go look in Wilmington.

Be sure to stop by the Bug-em-bait booth and say hello. I will be there helping sell tackle, as well as booking charters for this year. I will also be there to answer any questions and give tips and advice on catching lots of different kinds of fish, and the tips and advice are always free !!!!

I will also be giving away an inshore redfish charter!!!

Can any of you guys tell me were this fishing expo is?

Ill be in morehead this weekend and probably wolnt have to much to do in the afternoons, wouldnt mind making a trip to check out some fishing gear .

What kind of stuff do they usually have at thing, charters and gear or what?
And is it a big show or just a little hut?

It is in the Jim Graham Building at the state fairgrounds in Raleigh. It's a pretty big show with boat dealers, guides and salt and fresh water vendors. They will have seminars for both fresh and salt water from people such as Shaw Grisby, Mike Iconelli (sp?), Capt. Rick Bennent, Capt. Rod Beirstat and many more. They will cover everything from crappie fishing to Blue Water trolling.
