N.C. Highway Patrol Tournament art

Tried to swap this tournament artwork for 2 coupons to get out of speeding tickets. The troopers said they would rather pay me for the artwork ????? Figures..
This art is for the 1st Annual North Carolina Highway Patrol Troop a Offshore /Inshore Saltwater Challenge. I hope they can fit all that on the back of the shirt. The proceeds from the tournament go to a special unit that handles the funerals using a horse drawn carriage that carries the casket for fallen law enforcement officers.
