Hi Randall- winter's going well so far. Work is still very strong even with the much of the economy weakening so no complaints there. I've managed to resist the lure of the local boat shows so far although the boston show is still going on might hit that one before the week's out.
Having new canvas made for the flybridge along with some engine work so looking forward to geting back out on the water in April to see how the improvements work out.
Hope all is well - just finished reading a book called 'Dark Noon' a story about a capsized charter boat out of Montauk in 1951. Might make for an interesting rread about the early days of charter fishing in your part of the world. A grim reminder too about how fast things can go bad even if only a mile off the coast of L.I.

greg...i just tent the boat and try to forget about it till march when the work starts a new....glad you're gettin work...its still strong here too but theres a cliff up ahead somewhere.....was having dinner the other night with some older local fellows who remember the incident that book is about...scary
