Sliced right below my ankle on an oyster.


3 hrs and 7 stitches later, im sitting home, getting ready to go fishing lol.

Doctor said i cant get my foot in sand / salt..but is that gonna stop me from surf fishing? Na, just gonna put some waders on


Oh well, it coulda been worse, it almost hit a tendon, glad it didnt hit that.

7 stitches, no biggie.

I WENT SURF FISHING THE OTHER DAY . BOY WAS I MAD DRY ROT . I HAD A HOLE IN MY CHEST WADERS AT THE KNEE ! WHAT TO DO ? BEING QUICK ON MY FEET I PULLED OUT MY BAIT KNIFE AND CUT OFF THE TOE OF THE BOOT OFF ! THAT WAY THE WATER RUNS OUT ! GET BETTER !

I had an employee out for about a month because of a cut he got from an oyster on Radio Island. At least you went to the doc asap...that's good.

This other guy let his fester & turn green before seeking help. It went through stages...from red to green to black. Finally got better.

Don't mess around if it starts looking bad again. Take care of that thing!
