He can't seem to keep it in his mouth.![]()
yeah, but he is cute.![]()
Looks to me that his mouth is shut, just has a couple of holes in it...![]()
With my Newfoundland, I kept a bandana around his neck to wipe his face all the time...![]()
Oh yeah no drinking inside for my labs, especially since one puts his head UNDER the water in the 5 gallon bucket to drink
We have a plastic tray under my lab's water bowl - it works fairly well.
She loves ice, so we will also give her a bowl of ice along with the water - The ice actually makes less mess
He is a good looking pup!!!
Ya gotta love them labs, mess and all.
Giants are not the same story for a Skins fan wishing for better times
Got to love those Charlie Chaplin eyes!

Just wait...not only can you not keep the water in them, you can't keep them out of it. Chopper looks just like my old Lab Otis. Unfortunately we had to put him down at 14 years old this past June. Otis was an incredible dog and member of the family. I could not keep him out of the water. He would break through skim ice to swim and swim for hours. He looked like he was part Polar Bear. He was happiest when it was wet and cold and he was retrieving. The best advice I can give you is make sure you secure anything edible. Otis was a freakin Houdini when it came to getting at food when nobody was around. I have lots of funny stories. One time he ate an entire box of rawhide treats he retrieved from the cabinet. The next day was not a pleasant one for him trying to pass a softball size ball of partially chewed rawhides. On the other extreme was the stick of butter he stole from the counter. No problem passing that. Good luck with Chopper. The English Lab is a fantastic breed.
