ok...if by any chance the above doesn't work.....tell neighbors your relatives are Soprano's......and that Big Pussy is gonna make a house call......

I like to drive cars. The audi is made for a daily driver and doesnt require such crazy maintanence and is also covered under audi. So my moto is - drive it like you stole it.

Id like to add - Italian cars [ Ferrari ] handle great and are extremly fast , and Ive driven alot of them - but none measure up to the Audi thus far. The power band in the R8 is unbelievable !! driving at 100 mph and downshifting into 4th and punching it, still throws you back into the seat and having all wheel drive with a 50/50 split between front and rear wheels - the car handles amazingly.

For the record - I dont condone driving in excess of the speed limit and I certainly do not drive in excess of the speed limit in residential neighborhoods, thats what tracks are made for.
The maintenance is just a little pricey, in 1999 I bought a 82' 308 gts, the "Magnum" Ferrari. I was making decent money and thought what the hell. Then I found out what the maintenance costs ran per year and how unforgiving the roads in Pittsburgh really are. I had the car for about 8 months and realized it was a little more than I wanted (could afford) to spend on a car every yearand it is a cheap Ferrari to maintain. Kinda glad I got rid of it. I took my dads Lotus for a drive this past summer and remembered how hard the damn little things are to get out of when your over 6' even harder now that Ive grown a little.

a previous fellow ferrari owner ! I knew there was something I liked about you. I owned a 328 GTS for 3 days, I had it shipped to me from Missouri, when I drove the car for the first time I was pissed, my head was hitting the roof. Sold it 3 days later. the 308 and 328 in my opinion are the best looking sports cars in the world. Even in todays world, those 2 cars are works of art, GORGEOUS !!!

The 308 was in my price range purchase wise. I would love to have found a 328 for what I paid for the 308. A friend of mine had a Lancia Stratos with the 328 engine holy god almighty was that thing fast. We used to do a track day over at Nelson Ledges and that thing was just amazing. With the 308/328 if your a big guy the top has to come off, no ifs ands or buts about it. I do miss it, but if I ever buy another sports car it will either be a new Vette or a new/old shelby cobra clone.
