I had to get out of that slip. The main electric going to the marina in that transformer behind my boat has a power leak. The electrolysis damn near ate the lower units off the boat. I was going through zincs about 1 a month.

I am two slips down from where you are now and have had a similar problem ( not as severe ).

I just installed a " galvanic isolator" that stops stray current from returning on a boat's shore tie ground wire. I'm hoping that will solve the problem.
