last week it got up to 80 degrees. I was driving down the road and Led Zepplin's Fool in the Rain came on. The window was down, the music was loud and the same feeling came over me that happens every first warm spell in spring. I don't know what it is but The music just sounds different, more alive. The girls walking down the street somehow aquired a tan overnight. The skirts are shorter. They seem to be smiling at everyone. People walk a little slower and seem to hang on to a conversation a little longer. Sunset's boatyard was crowded with the sounds of powerwashers and buffers. Its just around the corner folks. GET READY
And then it rained the next 2 days - oh yeah - and it was 40 degrees last night and the skirts turned back into sweat pants.
karl - you really are my hero
Joe - The glass must be broken and leaking in your world Just kidding bud - It was 15 degrees when I woke up this morning. thats why I chose to think about last week
Ah yes....the skirts. Reminds me of the first warm day @ WVU. There were more rear endings on campus that first warm week than all year. Looking at the rear ends of course.
Karl....you didn't miss much at the arctic clays shoot yesterday...COLD!!!
