Now I've got a question...do you enjoy that sort of life? To me, it seems it would be great, but I could also see where it could get very old at times. I have a goal of retiring by 55 and either running my own boat or someone else's after that...just curious what challenges you face in your lifestyle. I would guess a lot of that depends upon your age and family situation...single, no problem...married with kids, almost not doable unless the kids are grown and on their own. Looking forward to your input.

It can be pretty hard at times if you are not single,which I no longer am.This sort of thing can get old,but the good seems to always outweigh the bad.You get to see some of the most beautifull places on the face of the earth,live a dream,fish in a lot of different places for lots of species and learn the techniques for each.You get great navigational skills and knowledge.If you are single there are a lot of perks,let your mind wonder.When I was single I had alot of fun in central and south america.After a good stent out of the states you start to miss things like burger king and speaking english,and the other things we are used to here in the states.My boss is a big family guy so my lady is always flying in to see me when I am gone for along time.That is the hardest part now, missing my lady.All in all it really is great,but at some point you do want to see home for little while.
