Pretty neat La Gringa. That is only 10 years from now. How can you give up a "biz" when you can sit at your computer and gaze out the window and watch the ocean and listen to the waves gently wash up on the beach while you work. I have to sit here and watch cars and trucks go by all day along with the noise and the occasional screech of tires and crunch of metal and plastic.
