Surfergirl - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this kayak...!!! It's inflatable and weighs only 61 lbs and depending on tides and wind, we just plop it on top of the Land Rover and head where we can find protected water....

We haven't fished with it yet but yesterday we were pedaling past some big overhangs and I definitely saw some nice sized fish - snapper probably.

That video is in a place called Chalk Sound which is protected waters and you can't fish (also no power boats!) But it's enormous and we wanted to do some exploring there. We got to about 1/3 of it that day with plans to go back.

Oh there are TONS and TONS of places to bonefish throughout the islands. We see lots of bonefishermen right behind our house. We just have never gotten into it - we prefer better eating, larger fish typically found offshore!!!

That's cool, I've never fished for bones , but it looks like fun on a thread snapper! I fish for everything up here all depends on the season, but when it's tunatime lookout!
