MATE?????????????? NC in JUNE

Hi im austin ensor and i am 14 years old and wanted to see if anyone was needing a mate in june the 14-21? Out of pirets cove or oregan inlet NC. i fish at home at all summer. Offshore and inshore .. offshore we fish for sharks,tuna ,bills inshore for rockfish.i mate on our boat on every fishing trip along with another bay boat called the right nut(47 marckley).i also fish off shore at home on the 52ft migrater a buddys boat also mate on that when needed!!
i have much knowage about all kinds of fishing.
-ballyhoo rigging with circles or jays
-bait and switch
-planner fishing
-chunking
-chumming(sharks)
-i have leadered all the fish cuaght on our boat up to a 400lb therser shark
very knowageable about knots wind on leaders..
and am will leader and gaff!
also i can clean fish!!!
i know i am to young for the legal stuff but on the other boat i do under the table and tips!i will be 15 in aug.
i can clean a boat spotless.i also fish off shore at home on the 52ft migrater a buddys boat also mate on that when needed!!

I had a lot of trouble with getting a mating job when I was your age and to be totally honest your gonna have to prove yourself to people.Im 17 and still get shot down by people but I have gained the respect by a lot of people including a very accomplished captain just because I put up with the screaming and yelling and being told Im wrong.When your a mate you do it the way they want it done on their boat and you do your thing when your on your own.

A lot of people think us young guys cant compete with them and theres no other way to show them to prove them wrong.Stick with it and dont let anyone bring you down .. if you put your time in it will pay off.
