Not trying to discredit the catch because thats an amazing catch on a barbie rod, but I have a question for those in the know. I thought any record submissions had to be caught in public waters not private? The reason I ask is several years ago I caught a yellow perch in PA that would have beaten the record by almost a pound but was told it wasnt admissable because it was caught in a private lake. Anybody have the scoop?
