    Hate to hear a story like that. Wish we could help, but just recently adopted a new english mastiff. I did a quick google search and found a malamute rescue place in DE. Normaly the breed specific rescuers know someone who can help. Here is her contact info.

    sure thing,the timing is not right.We are still getting settled in Stuart.I seem to having a hard time finding a good job.After ten years how would a dog adapt to new owners?

    Not sure about a Malamute, but we've been around several older English mastiffs that have all adjusted really well. Rescue dogs seem to know they beat the odds.
