So sorry to hear about Tylers loss!!

My son and I are supposed to take our ATV's to Pittsburg this weekend and I just read him this story. He is your typical kid that when possible, leaves his helmet off. We remind him all the time and for the most part, wears it, but there is always the times when he thinks that he knows better!

My prayers go out to his family. I couldn't even imagine a loss such as this.

I'm glad you showed this to your son.

I hope that other parents do the same and the children take note.

You only have to turn your head for one second and off they go, doing something stupid. Parents can't be there 100% of the time, but if the children are informed as to what can happen, maybe just maybe they will make a wise decision and do what is best for their own well being.

Possibly some good could come out of this tragedy if just one child gets the point of wearing their safety gear.
