    A MAJOR MILESTONE. . . I FINALLY DID IT

    Well, I have not been that active on the board the last few weeks. The reason is because I have been finishing up my last semester of college.

    Last night and this morning I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Man, it feels good to be done!!!!

    this just goes to show that they will let anyone graduate these days

    I got my degree in November 2002 but I missed a day I had to show up so I can't request my diploma until I get back there... I should call them soon to find out what I need to do. I'm over 1900 miles away from the college but I'll travel to São Paulo to visit my family in a few months.

    congrats shark- pretty work!!!! kid i know across the street just graduated with the same degree from George Washington U. My oldest is a rising senior this year and my youngest a freshman going to VMI. I guess Ill be working until im 80 just paying for the ed. if either one decides to wait tables after they graduate then i will be overly pissed!!!!! But not about them, congrats to you again- you deserve it, well done!!!!
