Im thinking of renting my house in ocean city nj. Im very close to relocating to Fl.
I live here year round. Located in gold coast area. 3 blocks to the beach, single house [ 2 story ], 2.5 baths, 4 bedrooms, new kitchen with granite, all new bathrooms, with tiled floors, hardwoods in formal dinning room, new carpets through out, 2 gas fireplaces, new paint, crown molding, french doors leading into formal living room, huge sunning deck on second floor, cental a/c, new gas heater.

Im thinking of renting out for about $10,000 per month but since you're a member and Hubris says you're OK - I would prob rent for about $2800 per month.
