Went Saturday for some ultralight trout on spinning rods at a local spot that was recently stocked. Like fish in a barrel you would think but couldn't land any of the tricky bastards even dropped to size 10 hooks and still no dice. They just kept robbing me of my trout nuggets. As frustrating it was it still helped take the edge off of the winter blues. Too bad more people around here aren't doing the same. This crap is like the clap, its just keeps getting passed around!

Was either thinking about going back to Daniels for trout on Sunday or stomping over to the eastern shore to see for myself if the yellow perch run has started. This is the time of the year my waders get some use!

Chuck any reports from any guys in the back??? I'm thinking with this warm weather....Chunking(fred) has a thread up on "the other site" that is showing the water temp in the back daily....it's up to 48 as of yesterday....once that water hits a consistant 44-45 look for some reports..

I know when I get back from Ft Myers on march 24th...I'm splashing that mako and getting some clam bellies and hitting some of the creeks in the back for some early striper...by then I bet the water will be an average for 48

I want to apologize to you for my comments here. I didn't mean that you could be bought off. I do know that there isn't any good going to come out of this thread. So for that I have erased the bullshit I posted on response 2 because it isn't doing anyone any good and it isn't helping anyone catch any fish.

I for one appreciate the site, and think it has a bunch of great information with great people. There is a lot of hard work that goes into making sure this site runs smoothly and all the people that post on it are responsible for that as well, shit like this only makes it more difficult. I like this site because of the laid back approach(if thats the right way of saying it) in letting things play themselves out. So I have taken the liberty of crossing out the BS I contributed so we can all move on from this crap.

I love fishing, I hate BS.

I have nothing further to say on the subject and for CJ if you have anything further to say about the subject do us all a favor and pm me, I will glady respond in a more mature manner than I displayed here earlier...

You talking the eastern shore? I figure with the past week we had that it should be close. Go figure, all week beautiful and sat-sun is supposed to be mid 40s and windy!

Shit Daniels is like @15 mins form me and like I said, I gotta' work on saturday till 3pm and then I was going to BPS and pic up a few things on sale so if the weather is right, I might be able todo a sunday trip
